1 Auxiliary Lift 辅助升降机
The auxiliary lift conveniently raises and lowers material onto another conveyance device providing supplementary or additional support.
2 Belt Conveyor 带式输送
Belt conveyors are the most commonly used bulk handling conveyors in history due to their reliability, versatility, and range of capacities. Materials from small to large can be transported on a belt conveyor.
The conveyor belts are are often application-specific and are used in a wide variety of material transport applications such as manufacturing, food processing, automobile and heavy bulk handling.
3 CDLR Conveyor 链式驱动传动辊
Chain Driven Live Roller or CDLR as it is commonly referred to is roller conveyor that is powered by using a series of chains to transfer power from roller to roller. CDLR can be constant driven non-accumulating or in various types of accumulation to include zone, zero pressure or even slip sleeve over rollers.
Roller diameter, wall thickness, roller centers and width are all application driven to meet the specific needs. CDLR can be configured in straight or turns as the layout dictates.
4 COE Conveyor COE输送
The Chain On Edge (COE) conveyor is a rivetless, floor chain application system. The conveyor consists of the chain supported by rider plates that contain attached pusher dogs, which delivers cart-type trucks with track-guided caster wheels through the system.

The COE conveyor is ideally suited to maneuver heavy or large loads through body shop, assembly or process operation (e.g., cleaning, washing, drying or painting) where full outer access to the sides and top of the job is required. These systems may include vertical curves and horizontal turns. Since COE systems do not use chain trolleys, they are ideally suited for higher temperature oven applications.
The COE system is capable of synchronous transferring of trucks from Chain-to-Chain and accumulating with special dogs and/or conveyors.
This system allows for a wide range of conveyor speeds, production centers and production rates. With the use of special high-speed transfers and switch assemblies, the trucks can be maneuvered to divert or merge to and from optional conveyor routes.
The COE trucks can easily be removed from the system with the aid of a hoist or fork truck.
5 Electrified Monorail System (EMS)
Electrified Monorail Systems (a.k.a. EMS/Automated Electrified Monorail) contain individually motorized carriers that draw energy from a track mounted bus bar.
Typical applications include production areas or delivery systems that require accumulation. This type of system allows for a wide range of conveyor speeds varying from 8 to 400 fpm, allowing the carrier to accelerate, decelerate, creep into an exact position for automated workstations, reverse travel, travel on defined production centers, travel at very high speeds, accumulate, etc.
In addition, the Electrified Monorail System can have an on board computer ensuring decision making for alternate routings without relying on the preferred centralized conveyor system.
6 Flat-Top Conveyor 平顶输送机
Flat-Top conveyors are comprised of plates attached to strands of flanged wheels on which finished vehicles are conveyed. Flat-Top conveyors are usually mounted within a pit, so that the plates are flush with the floor.
Flat-Top conveyors are normally utilized for conveying completed vehicles for fluid fill, shower test or as final lines. However, special systems are also utilized to provide accumulation or stopping of trucks and skuks between chain-on-edge systems.
The path of the conveyor is made of straight runs. A drive powers the unit and individual strand take-ups remove chain slack. The drive may have a main conveyor length depends upon the application and component capacities, but generally has very few physical limitations.

7 Fork Transfer 移栽叉
Fork transfers are designed and built to transfer the vehicle or body from one conveyance system to another. These transfers may be built to lift and transfer the body as a single unit or incorporate a secondary lifting device.
The unit can transfer at a single level or even between floors. Best engineering practices are used to insure safety as well as energy efficiency and can even be furnished with redundant drives.
8 Friction Drive Conveyor 摩擦驱动输送
A Friction Drive Conveyor (or System) is one that obtains thrust from frictional reaction force by pressing drive wheels to each load bar to transport the carrier. This is an alternate solution to a power & free chain conveyor system. They are quieter and cleaner systems with a smooth, continuous flow. They are easy to maintain and reduce energy consumption.

Assist conveyors can be used to convey the carrier where friction drives are not practical such as process booths, ovens, production areas, etc. The friction drive conveyor is suggested for use for long distances and are typically more cost effective than using chain conveyors throughout the system.
Inverted friction systems are typically utilized for production assembly/process operations (i.e. - body shop and paint shop process/delivery conveyors) where access to the side and top portion of the job is required. Overhead friction systems are typically utilized for production assembly/process operations where access to the bottom portion of the job is required.

9 Inverted Power & Free Conveyor 倒置式输送
An Inverted Power and Free Conveyor utilizes a single enclosed track combining the power chain and the free trolleys. The power & free system uses fixed chain dogs that engage the pivotal free trolleys to move them through the system. Disengaging the free trolley from the chain dog allows for free trolley accumulation.
Areas of use include production areas or delivery systems that require accumulation such as general assembly, body shop, painting and oven drying.
10 Overhead Power & Free Conveyor 架空式输送
Overhead Power & Free Conveyors have free trolleys that are driven by power chains and carriers that transport the material to a given location.
The carriers are attached to the free trolleys and are normally engaged to the power chain by an attached pusher dog assembly on the free trolley. The pusher dog can be disengaged by a cam action in either the free trolley or the chain dog, caused by accumulating behind another free trolley or by engaging a stop blade. The chain continues to move while the carrier becomes temporarily stationary until the free trolley becomes re-engaged with the chain.
11 Rack Handling 货架输送
Rack handling conveyors are designed and built to move racks of parts from and to designated locations.
Rack handling systems may include roller conveyor, chain conveyor, turntables and tilt stations to facilitate the ergonomic ease of the operators.
They can be used as buffer of Just-In-Time (J.I.T.) deliveries or to deliver to production areas. Each system is custom designed to handle the specific rack.
12 Seat / Tire & Wheel Conveyor 座椅/轮胎输送
Seats as well as tire and wheels are ever increasingly being provided from the outside. Trailers are being custom fitted with conveyors to automate and speed the loading and unloading of the product. Central Conveyor can retrofit the trailers with conveyors as well as design and build the equipment to facilitate the loading and stripping of the trailers.
Systems can provided to bring the material from the trailers and deliver it directly to the production area in proper orientation for assembly on the vehicle. Tire and wheel delivery conveyor often include flip up devices to aid the operator when it's time to bolt the wheels on.
The systems can be made up of Roller, Belt, Chain, Overhead and even EMS conveyors to insure the most cost effective solution.
13 Shuttle Conveyor 往复式输送
A shuttle conveyor is designed to move a carrier forward or backward as pre-determined to a work station or other point. They can be designed to operate at higher speeds and thus shorten the overall cycle time for the process as transportation time can be significantly reduced. These can be powered by various means from Friction Drive, rack and gear, pneumatic or chain drive.
The Giddy Up is a unique type of shuttle primarily used to transfer from Overhead Power and Free decking synchronously to a final line flat top conveyor. This allows for consistent job spacing without loss of skips or gaps.
14 Skid Conveyor 滑撬式输送
Skid Conveyors generally carry products on fixtures with two longitudinal runners called skids. Skids are conveyed both longitudinally (direction of travel parallel to skid rails) and transversely (direction of travel perpendicular to skid rails). The types of conveyor sections utilized include Vertical/Drop Lifts, Two-Strand, Accumulating Roller Flight, Cross Transfer, Powered Roller Lift Tables, Hold Tables, Powered Roller Bed, Powered Roller Stand, Turntables, Pivot tables, Shuttle Carriage, Scissors Lift and Skid Stacker/Destacker.
Two-strand chain is utilized in production areas such as spray operations and in paint and oven applications. Belt style two strands are used in production areas, such as general assembly operations, pre-paint processing, etc.
Roller flight conveyors are available in either chain or belt technology and provide accumulation capability by the design of its raised roller. Cross transfers move the skid sideways lining it up with other conveyors.
Powered roller lift tables lift the skid off of the cross transfer and move the skid to the adjoining conveyors.
15 Skillet Conveyor 平板式输送
The Skillet system is normally used in General Assembly operations for the trim and final line operations and is derived from two systems, the Skid system and the Pallet system.
The Skillet conveyor systems utilize platforms (skillets) to transport materials or products through various assembly operations. The skillets provide access around the perimeter of the product, enabling the worker to travel with the product as it is conveyed through the various stages of assembly.
The product is carried either on fixtures set to a fixed height or a lift table that may be either mechanically or electrically driven. The adjustable height skillet allows the skillet to be raised or lowered for production operations and transfers.
16 Trailer / Stripper Conveyor 装卸料输送机
Many vehicle components and assemblies are often fabricated at a supplier or off-site facility and brought to the primary manufacturer's plant for final assembly. For the most part, they are manually loaded or unloaded with the use of a fork truck or dollies on and off of a truck trailer.

Stripper conveyors are installed in a truck trailer box as an ideal way to load and then transport assemblies in a safe and sequenced manner to your customer's facility. The compact drive units are installed in a way at the front of the trailer, whereby the full length of the two levels can be utilized. Once the trailer has arrived at the destination, the trailer can then be conveniently and easily unloaded in the same manner.

17 Tooling Pallet Conveyor 随行工装输送
Tooling Pallet Conveyors are used to transport tooling pallets from station to station in body shops or other areas of operations that is conducive to have the tooling move with the product. Similar to skid conveyors, the pallets are moved through a series of roller beds, cross transfers, turntables and shuttles.
A key difference is that the tooling pallet typically has machined running surfaces which require greater contact areas to prevent damage to the finished surface. Belts are used in lieu of chains and conveyors are often momentarily stopped at transfer points.
The pallet may be outfitted with pneumatic clamping capabilities or other special consideration for the specific operation.
18 Vertical Tilt Station 垂直倾斜工位
The Vertical Tilt Station was developed to insure complete drainage of E-Coat fluids prior to entering the oven for curing. Tilt stations can tilt the vehicle fore and aft by as much as 75 degrees allowing all cavities to be completely drained.
The unit can be made from stainless steel for increased corrosion resistance and longevity.
19 Vertical Drop-Lift / Side Arm Lift 垂直升降机/侧臂升降机
Equipped with precise positioning devices, the Vertical Drop/Lift is a very effective product to conveniently raise and lower material in factories where it needs to move from one level to another.
